Job Description
Role: Workday Developer
Location: Remote
Work Timings: 2 – 10 pm
Type: Fulltime/Contract
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Role Description:
Our client is looking for an agile and dynamic Workday Developer to be part of a Workday
Implementation. The ideal candidate needs to have at least 2 years of experience in
Workday product with primary focus on Workflow Custom Objects and Prism Analytics. The
details of the role are as given below:
Workday Prism Analytics:
Develop and manage Workday Prism datasets pipelines and transformations.
Build dashboards and reports using Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
Ensure data integrity and optimize Workday Prism for selfservice reporting.
Collaborate with HR Finance and IT teams to define data strategies and analytics
solutions.
Integrations & Reporting:
Support and manage Workday integrations (EIB Studio Core Connectors
PECI/PEO) with thirdparty applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday reports dashboards and
calculated fields.
Work with stakeholders to develop custom reports and enhance Workday’s
reporting capabilities.
