Maths Teacher Fulltime Permanent (April 2025 Start)

About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 following relevant examination specifications.
- Plan and prepare highquality lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources including mathematical software problemsolving activities and realworld applications to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress provide constructive feedback and support individual learning journeys.
- Prepare students for GCSE and ALevel Maths and Further Maths examinations ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria.
- Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and resources integrating advanced mathematical concepts and technology.
- Foster a love of mathematics in students encouraging them to develop their analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to mathematics and STEM.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics including advanced topics.
- Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 including Further Maths.
- Experience in preparing students for GCSE and ALevel Maths and Further Maths examinations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and mathematical skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate highachieving female students.
- A passion for mathematics and a commitment to empowering young women in STEM.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
