JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perinatal Sonographer
PERI SONO
FullTime
Perinatal Sonographer candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
- Assist maternalfetal medicine specialists in procedures such as amniocentesis chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and fetal echocardiography.
- Assess fetal growth amniotic fluid levels placenta position and maternal reproductive structures.
- Identify and document any abnormalities in fetal development and report findings to physicians.
- Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment ensuring proper calibration and imaging quality.
- Provide compassionate patient care explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns.
- Accurately document findings in electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians genetic counselors and other healthcare providers to facilitate patient care.
Shift: MTH 8:00am 4:00PM; Friday 8:00am 12:00pm
Weekend Hours: No weekends or on Call. Occasional OT on scheduled shifts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Perinatal Sonographer candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
Licenses: ARDMS or RV. NRP not required but is a plus.
Required Certifications: BLS. Fetal Echocardiography (FE) certification is not required but a PLUS!
Experience Required: 2 years experience required. Experience with Clinic/Inpatient scans is required.
Salary Range: $122k $150k based on experience. Sign up bonus up to $30k! $10k paid out over 3 years)
