Job Description
Job Title: DanishSpeaking Customer Support/Content Moderator.
Location: Qormi Malta.
Work Model: Hybrid
Role Summary:
We are currently seeking for Danish Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Malta and contribute to a safer online environment by providing Danishlanguage customer support via email and chat and moderating content across various platforms to ensure compliance and prevent harmful activity. This role involves a blend of direct customer interaction and content review requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and live chat.
- Review and moderate usergenerated content in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Identify and escalate policy violations and fraudulent activities.
- Provide feedback on trends and user issues to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including mornings and late nights until midnight.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures.
