Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Portuguesespeaking individual to join our customer service team. This role is remote within Greece offering flexibility and an opportunity to work from home while providing exceptional customer support to Portuguesespeaking clients. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
What You Will Do:
- Provide customer service via phone email and chat in Portuguese
- Resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery
- Work in a fastpaced environment maintaining attention to detail
- Adapt to rotational shifts if needed and work from home within Greece
What You Will Bring:
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Problemsolving skills and a customerfirst approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
