The Opportunity
We are seeking a midlevel Corporate Attorney 48 years of experience) to join a wellestablished Corporate Business Unit in Chicago IL. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters including:
- Entity formation & governance
- Operating agreements
- Supply & purchase agreements
- Compliance documentation
- Mergers & acquisitions
In this role you will actively negotiate business transactions interact with clients and provide strategic counsel. A strong background in corporate defense and business development experience is highly valued.
What Were Looking For
48 years of postlaw school corporate law experience
Corporate defense background
Juris Doctor (JD) & active State Bar membership
Strong academic credentials
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200000 $270000 (based on experience)
