About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Economics lessons at ALevel following exam specifications and incorporating current economic issues and research.
- Plan and deliver lessons that foster analytical skills economic literacy and critical thinking utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources.
- Assess student progress through essays presentations and data analysis providing detailed feedback to support their development.
- Organize and lead economicsrelated activities such as debating societies research projects and guest speaker sessions promoting student engagement and academic inquiry.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Economics subject knowledge including microeconomics macroeconomics and econometrics.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Economics at ALevel with a focus on both theoretical concepts and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and research skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students in a rigorous academic environment.
- Commitment to fostering critical thinking and economic literacy.
