Your Role as a SENCO
- Lead and develop the schools SEN provision.
- Support teachers in differentiating lessons and implementing EHCPs.
- Work closely with parents carers and external agencies.
- Monitor and assess the progress of SEN students and adjust interventions accordingly.

- A qualified SENCO with the NASENCO award (or working towards it).
- Strong leadership skills and experience in SEN education.
