Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Resident Experience Agent plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. This position involves handling inquiries problemsolving and maintaining strong communication across multiple channels including phone email and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone email and instant chat.
  • Assist homeowners realtors and builders with inquiries and service requests.
  • Actively manage live chat conversations and escalate to the appropriate team as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by using creative problemsolving and technologydriven solutions.
  • Stay uptodate with internal training to continuously improve professional skills.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (strong written and verbal communication skills).
  • 35 years of experience in customer service including highvolume calls emails and chats.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM or marketingrelated software.
  • Experience using Freshworks Freshdesk Freshchat and Freshcaller.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with Caliber and OneDrive.
  • Strong adaptability to new technologies and tools.
  • A team player who is proactive and quick to respond.
