Customer Service/Order Desk Representative (Contract 23 Months)
Location: Vaughan Ontario
Compensation: $25/hr
Contract Length: 23 months

Recognized for their commitment to innovation and quality they continue to grow and expand their reach.They are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Service/Order Desk Representative to join their team on a shortterm contract 2–3 months).

Position Overview:
This is a contract position for 2–3 months with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs.

As a Customer Service/Order Desk Representative you will be responsible for processing sales and return orders providing excellent customer service and coordinating minor logistics tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service order entry and warehouse operations with experience using ERP systems and Outlook.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a customer service professional with at least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience and 2 years in an order desk role. The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and the ability to stay organized in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter sales and return orders accurately into the ERP system.
  • Follow up with customers and sales representatives to ensure order fulfillment and resolve inquiries.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via email and phone ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
  • Generate quotes and invoices using company systems.
  • Assist with minor logistics coordination ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss progress challenges and process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 5 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • 2 years of order desk/order entry experience.
  • Experience working in a warehouse logistics or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organized in a fastpaced setting.
