Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and improve software products ensuring they meet security stability and compliance standards.
  • Assist the Customer Success team by diagnosing and resolving customer issues applying necessary fixes and patches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the system architecture reverse engineer components and document them for teamwide reference.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct routine security updates system patching and performance enhancements to maintain software efficiency.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7 years of handson software development experience.
  • Experience in fullstack development cloud services and deployment.
  • Proficiency in either GCP or AWS (expertise in at least one).
  • Strong knowledge of Go JavaScript and React for fullstack development.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with C# for desktop application development.
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
  • Handson experience with Docker Terraform and Linux.
  • Strong understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
