About the Role:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will play a leadership role within the department overseeing staff mentoring team members in both technical expertise and career development and driving projects from concept to construction completion. This position requires strong project management skills technical excellence and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with multiple disciplines inhouse. You will be the key point of contact for clients ensuring project success through effective leadership and strategic oversight.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 12 years of experience in an A/E environment
- Proven success in managing projects of varying sizes and complexities
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering and an understanding of related disciplines
