- Be a difference maker in the successful reopening of the Delano Miami Beach. Create an opening that everyone will want to be a part of.
- Develop and implement strategic commercial plans together with the General Manager & Director of Revenue to source drive and grow revenue across all segments. Monitoring results and adjusting strategies and activities to make sure objectives and targets are being met.
- Manage and lead the sales team from recruitment and onboarding through to team development encouraging a highly proactive and highperforming environment.
- Ensure close working relationships with Ennismore regional and brand leads for Sales Revenue and Brand and Accor Global Sales team.
- Take ownership for preopening sales strategies and the sales critical path.
- Provide local market knowledge that helps us stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with hotel and Ennismore teams (Operations Food & Beverage Brand Revenue Digital Graphics & PR) ensuring key information and insights are shared and strong relationships are built to drive topline revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities while ensuring we maximize our market share.
- Budget development and ongoing budget management.
- Tracking and resolving problems and issues escalated by end users. Establishing procedures to solve problems.
- Ensure guests feel welcome and are given responsive friendly and courteous service always.
Qualifications :

- 5 years experience in a senior hotel sales role preferably within a lifestyle hotel brand.
- Strong market knowledge of Miami and the key feeder markets.
- A bachelors degree preferred.
- Youre passionate about hotel sales and goaldriven.
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
- Ability to multitask work in a fastpaced environment meet deadlines and have a highlevel attention to detail.
- You have a passion for hospitality you inspire an enthusiastic guestcentered approach.
- You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for all guests and team alike.
- You think big and encourage your team to believe.
- You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
