Power Electronics Hardware Project Manager for eMobility

Leading hardware engineering projects for the development of power electronic units in hybrid and electric vehicles.

Representing hardware development in internal and external negotiations and meetings.

Ensuring regular communication and alignment with other project domains (e.g. Mechanics Software).

Defining and overseeing project timelines resources budget and technical specifications.

Coordinating implementing and tracking project changes throughout the development phase.

Establishing deploying and monitoring hardware requirements.

Preparing risk assessments and mitigation strategies for senior management and customers.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering Power Electronics or a related field with experience in automotive hardware development.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of power electronics circuit design PCB layout and automotive standards.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines budgets and resources while coordinating crossfunctional teams.

Communication & ProblemSolving: Excellent negotiation risk assessment and problemsolving skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
