Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage healthcare business operations across multiple geographies including India Costa Rica Romania and the Philippines.
Oversee P&L responsibilities ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
Provide leadership to diverse and complex business processes ensuring operational excellence to achieve client SLA deliverables.
Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Formulate and achieve verticalbased goals in alignment with corporate vision mission and objectives.
Ensure strategy structure staffing skills style and processes are synergistic with the verticals objectives.
Track business and people metrics troubleshoot issues manage and develop teams and lead client interactions on behalf of the business unit.
Facilitate alignment of operating units to agreedupon service standards.
Participate in team building across levels with a vision of strong customer orientation.
Provide inputs to HQ on diversification and expansion projects for the vertical and their implementation.
Collaborate with the Business Development/Sales team on new products/services market opportunities and alliance partners to further business growth.
Manage the profit and loss account of the vertical as a separate entity.
Grow the business and profitability as per Key Result Areas (KRA) ensuring consistent and profitable growth of the organization. Qualifications:
Minimum of 20 years of experience in the US healthcare industry with a strong background in both payor and provider sectors as well as thirdparty business.
Proven track record of managing largescale operations with a span of control exceeding 6000 FTEs.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to drive results.
Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
