Job Description
Job Title: STS (ShiptoShip) Operations Manager
Industry: Oil & Gas (EPCIC/M) Upstream
Location: Victoria Island Lagos
Employment Type: Onsite Fulltime
Responsibilities:
Oversee planning and of STS operations ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols.
Coordinate with vessel masters mooring masters and STS service providers.
Ensure adherence to NIMASA DPR and international maritime regulations.
Supervise STS teams and liaise with port authorities clients and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records operational reports and equipment readiness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering Nautical Science or related field.
Master Mariner CoC or Chief Officer experience is a plus.
810 years of experience in marine/STS operations.
Strong knowledge of OCIMF guidelines MARPOL regulations and risk management.
Skills:
Leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to manage multiple teams under pressure.
