This position will be responsible for producing high quality client documents promptly performing word processing and document formatting tasks as well as other related assignments using welladvanced Microsoft Office skills.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide high quality support within the Design team with the creation amendment and reformatting of various types of documents using company standard templates and branding style often working to deadlines. This includes but is not limited to:
- Formatting reports and presentations for print and onscreen presentations in PowerPoint.
- Formatting reports letters and tables in Microsoft Office.
- Creation and formatting of diagrams charts graphs and tables in Microsoft Office.
- Finalising mail merges in Microsoft Word.
- Editing/finalising Adobe Acrobat PDFs to merge split and secure documents.
- Checking documents for spelling grammar punctuation and format before finalisation.
- Downloading photos from online image library.
- Provide assistance with staff queries on general formatting and word processing.
- Provide assistance updating team procedures.
- Assisting with staff inductions.
Qualifications :
- Expert Microsoft Office Skills Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to recreate diagrams tables and charts from scanned images or hand drawn layouts.
- Fast accurate typing spelling and grammar.
- A good understanding of adhering to branding and company guidelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and practice a high level of discretion.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal disruption to others.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications and experience/skills preferred:
- Previous professional services environment desirable.
- Ability to provide examples of previous work undertaken in a similar working environment.
