Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer who enjoys collaborating with other engineers and disciplines. In this role you will participate in fostering a closeknit team that respects and supports each other.

We are looking for candidates who are excited to solve user experience issues using their knowledge of design systems responsiveness and performance considerations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role that includes product demonstrations or sales.

Collaborate with other engineers to design and build backend systems such as databases and APIs.

Integrate the companys backend systems with frontend components.

Participate in building and maintaining the companys shared component library.

Support the teams DevOps needs working with GitHub Actions Kubernetes AWS and Terraform.

Practice and respect the agile methodology rooted in the company s history.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

5 years of proven experience in a customerfacing technical role with at least 12 years focused on product demonstrations or technical sales.

Strong C and Python programming skills.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with effective management of priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years in the automotive industry.

Indepth knowledge of software stacks in the automotive domain including cockpit systems and ADAS applications.

Understanding of typical ECU hardware architecture and familiarity with standard vehicle architecture.

Proficiency in CI/CD practices for automotive testing environments.

Experience with C C Python and Golangbased projects.

Familiarity with automotive build systems communication protocols (CAN Ethernet LIN FlexRay) and development using safety standards like ISO 26262.

Basic Qualifications : BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field rom an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Academic or professional experience using Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languages Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired skills : Working on cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Integration/Test). FACE, Data Modelling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Cameo or Rhapsody, SysML, DOORS, ICD/IRD/IDD. Design Assurance, System Verification, Integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware/software. Strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity or Experience with any of the following: o Data Modeling o SWF/DDE o CPL and UoP development, FACE o Cockpit Avionics, DO-178 o Air Data Computer, AHRS Integration, Civil FMS
