We are looking for a friendly outgoing Physical Therapist to join our practice and help launch the new PT department. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Physical Therapist to lead this new initiative. This role is ideal for a confident and autonomous professional who is ready to take on the challenge of building and managing a department from the ground up.
We an FQHC facility providing medical and dental care to the community of Klamath Falls Oregon. The region is as rich with beautiful paddling spots as it is with bird life. It offers a unique scenic kayak or canoe float on the calm rivers lakes wetlands and wildlife refuges.

We are looking for a FullTime Physical Therapist with a willingness to give back to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement physical therapy programs and services.
- Provide highquality care to patients while managing the daytoday operations of the department.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate physical therapy services with other patient care services.
- Train and possibly supervise future staff as the department grows.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in OR as a Physical Therapist with a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Proven experience in managing or leading a team/department with a strong ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and take initiative in developing new departmental strategies.
