Virtual Rockstar is seeking a proactive detailoriented and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team fulltime. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing social media management and graphic design with a passion for supporting a healthcare practice. This role will involve a wide range of marketing and administrative tasks to promote our client s physical therapy services engage with our client s community and help streamline internal operations.

Responsibilities:
Lead Correspondence & Marketing Software: Communicate with leads coming in through marketing software and ensure timely followup.
Marketing Projects: Assist with the planning and organization of marketing projects including logistics content creation and monthly enewsletters.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by posting creating content researching trends and providing advice on best practices.
Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design visuals for marketing campaigns social media and other promotional materials using Canva.
Marketing Campaign Assistance: Support the of marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
Online Presence: Monitor online reviews and comments responding appropriately to ensure a positive online reputation.
Event & Workshop Organization: Help organize events and workshops that align with our mission.
Patient Correspondence & Surveys: Assist with patient surveys and other correspondence to improve patient experience.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and campaign results to provide insights and guide decisionmaking.
Administrative Support: Assist with organizing electronic files including faxes charts and documents. Provide minor scheduling assistance when needed.
Experience with Canva Go High Level and Jane EMR is preferred.
Strong experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficient in graphic design (Canva or similar tools) to create engaging visuals for various marketing platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in a healthcare or wellnessrelated field is a plus but not required.
