Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business requirements and developing tailored Shopify solutions. As a Shopify Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their needs implement customized Shopify solutions and provide excellent customer communication and training.
Mandatory Skills:
- Analysis of business requirements and development of customized Shopify solutions based on client needs.
- Configuration of products payment gateways and shipping methods to ensure a seamless ecommerce experience.
Technical Expertise:
- Ability to identify troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Shopify stores.
- Experience in optimizing Shopify store performance and ensuring scalability.
Customer Communication:
- Provide training sessions for customers to effectively use and manage their Shopify stores.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to align technical requirements with business goals ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Optional Skills:
- Experience in developing custom themes or apps for Shopify stores.
- Knowledge of integrating thirdparty solutions such as marketing tools logistics platforms and payment gateways into Shopify.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend tailored Shopify solutions.
- Lead the technical configuration of Shopify stores including product setup payment systems and shipping integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct workshops and provide training for clients ensuring they are comfortable with managing their stores.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- 613 years of experience in Shopify consulting or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Shopifys features capabilities and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and technical expertise.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
