Job Description
- Monitor and track incoming payments from PSPs ensuring timely processing;
- Communicate with PSPs on technical issues and resolve transaction discrepancies;
- Identify and troubleshoot productside transaction issues;
- Collaborate with other departments;
- Conduct daily reviews and oversight of transaction flows;
- Regulate payment flow and respond promptly to changes impacting its functionality.
Qualifications :
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and attention to detail;
- Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian;
- Excellent communication;
- Analytical mindset effective time management skills;
- Interest in financial technologies;
- Willingness to work night shifts;
- English at the B1 level will be a plus.
