Job Description
The physical therapist provides physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist and according to the physicians plan of care.
Qualifications :
1. PT therapist must be licensed in the state of Texas.
2. Must have graduated from a PT program approved by CAPTE and have passed a national examination for Physical Therapist.
3. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordant with state.
