Job Description
What Youll Do
- Be the goto contact for investors and clients on all transfer agency matters.
- Process investor transactions subscriptions redemptions transfers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance by reviewing KYC/AML documentation and liaising with relevant teams.
- Keep records flawless by maintaining up to date shareholder registers.
- Support reporting & projects contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in TA operations.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Experience in Transfer Agency Fund Administration and AntiMoney Laundering.
- A clientfirst mindset with a self starter personality and strong communication / problemsolving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
