Job Description
This role offers a starting range of $85000 to $116000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience education certifications and skills as well as geographic considerations.

As an R&D Chemist you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as customer challenges
- Developing new inkjet technologies based on customer needs
- Evaluating raw materials and optimize formulations for costsavings opportunities
- Providing technical support to manufacturing
- Publishing project reports & other documents direct to sales & customers
- Maintaining laboratory equipment
Qualifications :
To perform your job as expected you will be required to:
- Have a bachelors degree in chemistry or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 10 years of inkjet ink formulation experience
- Specific experience in waterbased inkjet technology will be advantageos
- Knowledge of inkjet printing processes
- Demonstrate strong Math and Science skills
- Be Proficient with recordkeeping
- Have good and effective written reading comprehension and verbal skills
- Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions
In addition to these qualifications we will consider as a plus if you have:
- SAP experience
- Knowledge & experience with UV curing processes and formulations
