Allinterno del Ristorante 1 stella Michelin e stella verde in accordo e sotto la supervisione dellExecutive Chef la risorsa in base allesperienza maturata dar il proprio contributo nel servizio di cucina e nellesecuzione delle diverse portate rispettando le linee guida condivise e supportando i colleghi in caso di necessit nellattivit quotidiana.
Inside the 1 Michelin star and green star restaurant in agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef the resource based on the experience gained will contribute in the kitchen service and in the of the different courses respecting the guidelines shared and supporting colleagues if necessary in their daily activities.
Qualifications :
Diploma o qualifica in ambito alberghiero corsi di formazione ad hoc
Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo maturata in hotel con elevati standard ristoranti gourmet e/o stellati Relais & Chateaux
Conoscenze delle varie tecniche di cottura e conservazione dei cibi sui grani le farine sulle carni sulle salse e dei vari condimenti di base
Completano il profilo capacit organizzative team spirit umilt e flessibilit
Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector ad hoc training courses Good knowledge of the Italian language At least 2 years experience in the role gained in hotels with high standards gourmet and/or starred restaurants Relais & Chateaux Knowledge of the various cooking and preservation techniques of foods grains flours meats sauces and various basic condiments Organizational skills team spirit humility and flexibility complete the profile

La risorsa verr inserita con contratto a tempo determinato dal 1 aprile a novembre con retribuzione prevista dal CCNL Turismo in linea con lesperienza e la professionalit della risorsa scelta
Si richiede disponibilit full time con turnazione con un giorno di riposo
E previsto vitto e alloggio per le risorse fuori residenza

The resource will be placed on a fixedterm contract from 1 April to November with remuneration provided for by the Tourism CCNL in line with the experience and professionalism of the chosen resource Full time availability with one day off is required Room and board is provided for outofresidence resources
