Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the EYFS curriculum through creative playbased learning.
- Ensure each childs learning and developmental needs are fully supported.
- Build meaningful relationships with children parents and colleagues.
- Keep accurate records of childrens progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Maintain a safe engaging and childcentered learning environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience in an EYFS setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and learning.
