Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the EYFS curriculum through creative playbased learning.
  • Ensure each childs learning and developmental needs are fully supported.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children parents and colleagues.
  • Keep accurate records of childrens progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
  • Maintain a safe engaging and childcentered learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience in an EYFS setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and learning.
