Job Description
We are looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have indepth knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and experience working in a hybrid or remote environment. This role requires close collaboration with clients to gather requirements configure Workday HCM solutions and provide functional support across various modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday HCM Implementation: Lead the configuration deployment and support of Workday HCM modules including Core HR Recruiting Talent Compensation Benefits Learning Time Tracking and Absence Management.
- Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business processes provide recommendations and configure Workday solutions according to their needs.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Design functional solutions within Workday HCM document business requirements and configure the system accordingly.
- Testing & Validation: Develop test cases conduct unit testing and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday implementations and upgrades.
- EndUser Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to end users on Workday functionalities and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Project Management: Participate in the planning and coordination of activities working with crossfunctional teams to meet project milestones.
- PostImplementation Support: Offer postgolive support to ensure the system functions properly and resolve any operational issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend optimizations and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR Talent Management Recruiting Compensation Benefits Learning Time Tracking Absence Management and Reporting.
- Expertise in Workday configuration business process design security setup and report creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients at various levels.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Workday HCM certification (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment with occasional client visits if needed.
