Job Description
Our Client a fast growing & dynamic SaaS Company aiming to enhance the digital workplace expericence (AI powered) is looking for its new HRBP !
Ideally expérienced within a SaaS environment fluent in English and French and wellversed in French labor law.
Do you thrive in a fastmoving smallstructure environment and have experience working within global organizations
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic HR advisor aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with French labor law and provide HR expertise across various countries.
- Manage employee relations talent development and HR operations in a multinational environment.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive employee engagement performance and organizational growth.
What You Bring:
- 5 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist ideally in a SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of French employment law and HR operations at an international level.
- Fluent in English & French (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong adaptability communication and problemsolving skills.
- Comfortable in a fastpaced international setting.
