Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for a Qualified Audiologist – No Sales Pressure!

Are you a patientfocused HCPCregistered audiologist looking for a role where you can truly make a difference—without the pressure of sales targets

I am working in partnership with an independent wellestablished hearing care practice looking for a dedicated professional to join their team for 23 days per week across their clinics in Corbridge and Whickham.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Hearing assessments & fittings – Deliver highquality care in a supportive environment.
Microsuction wax removal – A key part of the role (training available if needed).
Tympanometry & REMs – Experience in these areas is ideal.
Aftercare & rehabilitation – 6monthly patient reviews hearing aid adjustments and ongoing support.
Tinnitus management – Experience in this area is an advantage but not essential.
Testing & selling as needed – With no sales pressure recommendations are based purely on patient needs.

What We’re Looking For:
HCPCregistered audiologist – Minimum 12 months experience
Personcentred approach – Ideal for someone from an NHS or clinical background.
Flexible & teamoriented – Willing to support the business and work collaboratively.
Passion for patient care – Reputation and quality service are at the heart of everything.
Microsuction experience – Essential but training can be provided for the right candidate.

What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary – Based on experience and a realistic package.
Flexible parttime role – 23 days per week working between Tuesday and Friday 9 AM – 5 PM.
No longdistance travel – Clinics based in Corbridge and Whickham.
Career development – Potential to expand into tinnitus management or other specialties.
Great benefits – 25 days holiday bank holidays (pro rata) pension scheme and statutory sick pay.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an audiologist who wants to focus on clinical excellence patient relationships and a supportive team environment rather than sales figures.
