Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Research Fellow to contribute to the implementation and evaluation of innovative digital health technologies in child development across Queensland. The successful candidate will play a key role in the expansion and translation of the Tracking Cube across various sectors including early learning education and child safety. The position will involve interdisciplinary research with a focus on social marketing social impact and usercentred product enhancement.
The Tracking Cube is a child and youth health and neurodevelopment monitoring system. It includes embedded digital tools that facilitate ongoing screening early and accurate diagnosis and tailored support for children and youth at risk of neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD FASD and ASD. Having demonstrated enhanced detection of neurodevelopmental concerns and early initiation of communitydriven supports in remote primary healthcare settings the system is now poised for statewide implementation and integration across sectors.
This is a fixed term (until June 2026 full time position and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast location.
As Griffith is a multicampus University you may be required to work across other campus locations. Griffith Universitys campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Research Fellow (Grade 1 range $86526 $101354 per annum 17 superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $101236 $118585 per annum.

You will also:
- Hold a PhD or equivalent qualifications in Business or a related field with a focus on social marketing social impact or product development.
- A background in health services health administration or equivalent research or professional experience in the health sector.
- Candidates who have experience with First Nations research will be highly considered.
