About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Credit – Digital to lead the development and of digital credit strategies within the corporate finance segment. This role involves managing credit risk overseeing special projects and driving innovation in credit solutions through automation and datadriven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Strategy Development: Develop and implement credit strategies aligned with business goals focusing on digital assessment and automation.
Digital Initiatives: Lead digitization of credit processes including the creation and refinement of credit scorecard frameworks.
Risk Assessment & Policy: Formulate and update credit policies enhancing risk evaluation through data analytics and advanced modeling techniques.
Special Projects: Manage creditrelated projects including process improvements risk modeling and strategic partnerships.
Portfolio Analysis: Monitor credit portfolio performance identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes providing strategic insights to senior management.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales relationship management and product teams to provide credit expertise in deal structuring and client negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience: 610 years in credit risk underwriting or corporate finance with exposure to digital lending and credit automation.
Strong knowledge of credit assessment frameworks and datadriven risk management.
Experience in midcorporate or SME lending preferred.
