Job Description
- Develop and deliver product engineering trainings for senior engineers within BOSCH.
- Implement training programs for software engineering system engineering UML and System ML
- Customize/develop training materials to meet the specific needs and challenges of BOSCH China
- Provide handson demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Support software and artificial intelligence strategy topics.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitive landscape related to SW and AI
- Communicate strategy updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications :
- Masters degree or above in Software System engineering or in Automotive Engineering
- 8 years of experience of automotive software or system engineering deep and broad experience profile (Tshape) in engineering
- Leadership experience in 1st management level in area of engineering/systems engineering is preferred.
- Well familiar with Bosch Product Engineering System
- Skilled at delivering engaging and informative trainings that effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Intercultural adaptation ability to working in China with the capability to provide training effectively to predominantly Chinese participants.
- A strong enthusiasm for new technologies and a proven ability to learn quickly.
- Good understanding of SW and AI technologies and industry trends
