We are seeking a full time C# developer with experience delivering robust software using modern software development lifecycle practices. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in accounting or financial service. As an organisation they are transitioning away from C to C# so any experience with C will be an advantage.
Qualifications :
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in C# and .NET
- A background in accountancy will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Knowledge of dependency injection and IoC containers.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Understanding of Azure or AWS cloud services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (e.g. GitHub Actions Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of design concepts and architectural basics
- Experience with common Azure services
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and agile techniques
- The ideal technical experience will include .Net Core LINQ GitHub SQL Server Mongo AutoSys C Batch / Powershell scripting Postman
- Logical thinking and problemsolving abilities as well as the capacity to collaborate
