Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage commercial real estate finance transactions representing both lenders and borrowers.
- Advise clients on leverage transactions preferred equity and joint ventures.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective oral and written communication.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple offices to deliver exceptional legal services.
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial real estate finance.
Experience you will need:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Bar admission in one or more states where the firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be resident (required).
- Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate finance and transactional law.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Preferred: Experience with leverage transactions preferred equity and joint ventures.
