Location:Sapulpa OK
Pay:$18/hour
Hours:Monday Saturday 4:30 PM 3:00 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking adedicated Shop Helperto join our team inSapulpa OK. This role requires working in afabrication environment assisting craftsmen and handlingoverhead cranes forklifts power tools and automated equipment. This is asafetysensitive positionrequiring adherence to all safety protocols and company standards. The ideal candidate is reliable eager to learn and capable of working in a fastpaced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled craftsmen with assigned tasks.
Work aroundoverhead cranes forklifts trucks and hazardous equipment.
Maintainproductivity levelsin line with company standards.
Ensure all work meetsquality control requirements.
Follow allsafety regulations policies and procedures.
Uphold5S workplace organizationand cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with team members to completeproject assignments efficiently and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
Basicfabrication shop experiencepreferred.
Ability tooperate overhead cranes and power tools.
Strong understanding ofbasic shop communications(reading and writing).
Proficiency in using ashop tape measure.
Willingness tolearn to read shop drawings and interpret bills of materials.
Strong teamwork skills and adesire to develop new skills.
