Job Description

  • translating learning needs (using a Learning Need Analysis) into appropriate learning interventions for your target group;
  • advise on and implement the most appropriate Learning Solutions. You will do this by evaluating the different programs each year with participants and stakeholders;
  • collaborating with other L&D professionals in your team key stakeholders and external parties so that the different Learning programs can be organized;
  • taking care of finance related processes such as budget monitoring and drafting and understanding Learning reports;
  • delving into the latest developments in the L&D field and translating these into applicable ideas/implementations (e.g. applying Continuous learning in a Learning program).

Qualifications :

The L&D Specialists at Deloitte are analytical and creative personalities with an innovative mindset. You have indepth knowledge of (new) forms of development and learning and your advisory and influencing skills are highly developed. You know how to navigate in a complex stakeholder field and quickly build an internal network.

Furthermore for the role of Learning & Development Specialist you should have:

  • a completed HBO or WO education with preferably a study background in Educational Sciences Human Resource Management or A&O Psychology;
  • at least 4 years of relevant work experience within the Learning & Development field;
  • strong stakeholder management skills and you are not afraid to share your vision on how people learn and develop;
  • an excellent command of the English languages both verbally and in writing and preferably Dutch.

Deloitte is madeup of several businesses. Each business has their specific set of training needs topics and interventions but some training topics and interventions are regarded to be overarchingly important regardless of the business people work for. The CrossBusiness team is responsible for this overarching curriculum. As a Learning & Development Specialist at Deloitte you will translate the Cross Business learning needs into appropriate learning interventions. You are the initiator of the learning and development process from A to Z; from a learning needs analysis to measuring the impact of the interventions. You will design and implement the learning curriculum as well as advising various stakeholders on broader learning and development issues from a CrossBusiness perspective. For example on L&D trends such as: the future of work learning in the flow of work and continuous learning. Your educational knowledge will come in handy. In close cooperation with other L&D professionals you will make an impact that matters. In this role you will work hybrid between the Rotterdam Utrecht and Amsterdam office and also from home.
