Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on metrics relating to employee engagement retention turnover and job satisfaction
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage employee surveys and feedback mechanisms. Analyze results to identify strengths and weaknesses in policies programs and employee experience
- Research and stay up to date on employment laws regulations and best practices to assist the HR Operations Manager
- Compile analyze and report workforce demographic data to support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives
- Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as needed to support strategic planning budgeting and decision making
- Respond to employee requests in a timely manner with regards to payroll HR and HRIS concerns
- Perform special projects and research as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis/reporting tools like Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate data into clear audienceappropriate presentations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree in business or related field a plus
- 24 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
- Retail and/or food manufacturing experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
