Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients visitors and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls take messages and provide information as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document management.
- Assist other departments with clerical duties as required.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as necessary.
Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
