Job Title: Bilingual Cashier (French and amp; English)

Job Type: FullTime/PartTime
Salary: $16 $20 per hour

Job Description:
A and amp;W is seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Bilingual Cashier (French and amp; English) to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role excel in client interaction problemsolving and managing customer needs. This position requires someone who can confidently handle cash transactions food processing and fast food preparation in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in both French and English providing exceptional service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage food processing and preparation tasks ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Assist in the fast food service process ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using problemsolving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to food safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver highquality service in a fastpaced environment.
- Promote A and amp;Ws offerings and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role preferably in the foodservice industry.
- Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent client interaction and customer service skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable handling cash food processing and preparing fast food in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Teamoriented with the ability to work independently when required.
