As a product quality management associate responsible for:
- Customer claim handling Systematic Problem Solving: Handling of customer complaints by coordinating with internal and external customers to identify and permanently correct nonconformances. Support Sales Works Logistics and Service Quality to drive the corrective actions. Independent verification for corrective action implementation and effectiveness. Support to all DCIN BU related (imported products) claims.
- Quality Audits: To carry out Process Audit as per the VDA Standard LPC Audit
- Improve customer satisfaction (NPS): Customer Engagement plan event participation customer visits service focus day social media coverage etc.
- Q Table and Quality Gates Moderation: Participating to resolve quality topics along with CFT team involving QMethods support and QGs moderation. Moderation and coaching of Problem Solving Methods e.g. 8D
- FMEA Review and Zero Defect Drive support.
- PPAP / ISIR submission to customers with compiling necessary Quality reporting from CFT.
- Ensure Q requirements in each product transfer and new developments.
- Digital Quality Initiatives: Implementation and support.
- Support other quality functions as needed.
Qualifications :
- Education: B.E. or B.Tech. Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics (Masters Preferred)
Axial piston pump function/operation knowhow will be added advantage
- Certification: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor IATF 16949 internal auditor preferred.
- Working style: cooperative good leadership skills proactive approach to continuously improving quality processes and standards
- Experience and knowhow: 06 10 years of experience in quality management and/or purchasing quality indepth understanding of the relevant quality standards and methods and their practical application excellent analytical skills to identify quality problems and develop solutions.
- Languages: English and Hindi fluency (both written and spoken) (Gujarati preferred)
