Job Summary:
We are seeking an Android Developer with 12 years of experience in Java and Kotlin along with backend knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing testing and deploying sophisticated business solutions handling requirements analysis ensuring code quality and collaborating with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment. A passion for troubleshooting continuous improvement and delivering zerodefect code is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test and deploy business solutions using Java and Kotlin.
Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs effectively.
Ensure code quality and peer reviews.
Handle root cause analysis for bugs and production issues.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work with thirdparty libraries and APIs to extend application functionality.
Use version control systems like Git for code management.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for code APIs and user guides.
Implement and maintain security best practices in mobile application development.
Collaborate with global teams and work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Contribute to CI/CD and test automation frameworks.
Utilize Jetpack Compose to build modern declarative UIs.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
12 years of experience in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
Advanced skills in Kotlin and Java.
Experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern UIs.
Experience with Android testing frameworks such as Espresso JUnit and Mockito.
Knowledge of Google Play Store policies and app submission processes.
Experience with analytics tools like Firebase Analytics.
Basic knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Node.js RESTful APIs).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
