Were looking for a Project Manager who is ready to:
- Lead and Track Progress Drive the of delivering design packages of work ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
- Manage Project Documentation Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
- Control Budgets Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
- Schedule for Success Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
- Report with Insight Provide performance updates including earned value and variance analysis.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
- Mitigate Risks Proactively identify and manage risks.
- Support Change Management Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly.
- Manage Dependencies Oversee project interdependencies ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
- Collaborate CrossFunctionally Work closely with Supply Chain Safety and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts.
- Champion Best Practices Contribute to a culture of excellence in project management.

- Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work which may include FEED design in mechanical EC&I and systems engineering.
Your Key Accountabilities:
Deliver assigned design work
Manage cost and schedule performance.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Lead and support assigned project managers.
Ensure effective project setup governance and closeout.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
- Project Management experience in planning controlling budgets and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
- Engineering and technical competence sufficient to enable effective decisionmaking.
- Understanding of crossfunctional roles such as purchasing commercial and engineering management.
- Wellorganized with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
