Our customer is specilisedin engineering and custombuilt machinery across various industries. Their services include the design and construction of integrated futureproof machines tailored to meet specific client needs.
A dedicated division within the company focuses on automation and robotics offering comprehensive solutions in electrical engineering panel building cabling programming and the commissioning of machines and industrial robots. These services support both internal projects and external production companies ensuring cuttingedge innovation and efficiency in industrial automation.
Your Role
- Assist customers remotely with technical issues and malfunctions.
- Take over systems remotely to provide fast and effective support.
- Work alongside project engineers to solve complex projectspecific issues.
- Support colleagues with technical challenges.
- Plan and coordinate service assignments onsite.
- Prepare aftersales quotations and manage SLA contracts.
Your Profile
- Masters degree or at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Recent graduates are not eligible for this role.
- Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal Step 7 and Sinamics drives. Familiarity with Beckhoff or other PLC systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
- You live in the area of Waregem.
