Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Behavior Technician you will:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities in homes community settings and possibly inclinic.
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
- Accurately collect and report data on treatment goals and client progress.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices within the field of ABA.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in ABA Psychology Sociology or a related field.
- RBT certification or equivalent training (must be able to provide proof).
- Open availability is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS but not required.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop clinical skills accordingly.
- Valid California Driver s License reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
- Willingness to travel to various locations for inhome and communitybased sessions.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
