Intake Specialist – Remote
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $7.008.00/hour USD Bonuses
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Fluency Required: English and Spanish (C1 or C2

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and clientfocused Intake Specialist to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for potential clients you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and professional intake process. You will gather necessary client information assess case eligibility and provide clear guidance on the next steps. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a highpressure legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial client intake calls and gather relevant case details.

Screen potential clients to determine case eligibility.

Accurately document and organize client information in our CRM system.

Provide clear instructions on the intake process and next steps.

Communicate professionally with clients making them feel supported and informed.

Follow up with potential clients who have inquired about legal services but have not yet retained the firm.

Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely followup on cases.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:

Fluency in English (C1 or C2; Spanish preferred.

Previous experience in client intake customer service or a related role is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

Familiarity with legal terminology and case management software (Caret Legal Clio) is preferred but not required.
