Job Description
Synagen is a researchdriven startup dedicated to transforming cuttingedge AI into realworld solutions that benefit physicians researchers and ultimately patients.
Healthcare is at the heart of what we do. We are developing an AI copilot powered by generative and agentic AI designed to support healthcare professionals across numerous clinical tasks automating medical documentation aiding clinical decisionmaking optimizing access to clinical trials and overall enhancing workflows across healthcare platforms. Our aim is simple: empower clinicians to focus primarily on patient care rather than administrative duties.
Additionally we also advance medical research and datadriven R&D by employing agentic AI workflows to accelerate drug development and promote the adoption of innovative treatments ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.

Tasks
- Design develop deploy and monitor AIdriven applications for medical and research use cases
- Integrate novel components and functionality in both our frontend and backend
- Collaborate on the design of system architectures ensuring scalability and fast iteration cycles
- Perform code reviews debug issues and optimize application performance
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in AI and health tech
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as fullstack developer
- Strong Proficiency in Python JavaScript/Typescript and other programming languages
- Strong familiarity with the concept of AI (LLM) agents
- Experience in frameworks like React Vue FastAPI Vercel SDK
- Experience in software development tools especially Git
- Familiarity with database systems both relational (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and nonrelational (e.g. MongoDB)
- Strong experience and interest in designing and building solutions using cloud platforms especially Azure and AWS
- Practical experience with containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes)
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to a fastpaced collaborative environment
- Plus (but not obligatory): Experience in the healthcare domain
