Job Description

Seeking a PMO with an excellent verbal and written communication. Task master with getting it done attitude. This role demands a collaborative spirit as will work closely with other Project Managers track leads and support the program in managing daily priorities. Responsibilities: Work with PgM as per instructions and perform the set of tasks that are prioritized Fluency with MS excel Word PowerPoint Work with other track leads offshore Ops team in tandem Triage tasks to meet deadlines facilitate effective meetings as needed and maintain clear communication channels. Timely budget management reporting and alerting respective stakeholders on key deadlines. Organize and communicate employee events such as team meetings and team building activities ensuring adequate Collaborate with finance GCW and Procurement and related teams to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting. Project Management experience is nice to have Qualification: Bachelor s degree Exposure and experience on working with excel Financial acumen costing budgeting expenses balance sheet 3 5 years PMO experience (preferred) Experience supporting in a fast paced setting. Proficiency in office automation tools and software (Office 365 Teams SAP etc. IT Environment: someone who is familiar with IT terminology Tech Savvy and Resourceful: Someone who is solution oriented and can manage to overcome tech challenges as they arise
