Job Description
Responsibilities
Project Manager must be able to work in Revit/AutoCad to produce plans details and assist with specifications for roof design for new or existing facilities also envelope detailing of flashings and waterproofing. Successful candidate will also lead others in such production and provide QAQC of their work. During construction assist in production of addenda RFIs ASIs and review of submittals.
Qualifications
Architecture degree registration preferred.
Experience in producing and interpreting architectural documents.
Experience in Revit working with and interpreting models.
Able to cooperate and coordinate with team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
