Job Description

    • Identify and establish new strategic partnerships with fintech firms financial institutions technology providers and other relevant partners.
    • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company s business goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify new partnerships opportunities evaluate potential partners and analyze industry trends.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all partners relationships ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.
    • Negotiate and close partnership deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and terms.
    • Oversee the successful and performance of partnerships ensuring they deliver the expected value to both parties.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships providing feedback to optimize collaboration and results.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including Product Sales Marketing and Customer Support to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
    • Coordinate with external partners to develop and launch joint products services or marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure smooth integration of partnership initiatives within company operations and workflows.
    • Lead negotiations on partnership agreements ensuring that terms are clearly defined and favorable for both parties.
    • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that all partnerships comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Handle any legal and compliance matters associated with the partnerships addressing issues as they arise.
    • Track and analyze partnership performance focusing on key metrics such as revenue generation user growth customer acquisition and retention.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing partnership success challenges and opportunities for improvement.
    • Propose adjustments to partnership strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions.
    • Stay up to date with fintech industry trends regulatory changes and technological advancements to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
    • Participate in fintech events conferences and webinars to network and represent the company.
    • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within partnerships ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
    • Provide creative solutions to problems and challenges that may arise during the partnership lifecycle.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in business Finance Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3 years of experience as a Partnership Manager or in a similar role ideally in the Fintech industry.
    • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships within the financial services fintech or technology sectors.
    • Strong understanding of fintech products services and the regulatory environment.
    • Experience negotiating and managing large complex partnerships.
    • Knowledge of payment systems digital banking blockchain lending platforms or other fintechrelated services is a significant plus.


  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to business challenges.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in using data and performance metrics to optimize partnerships.
    • Strong presentation and proposalwriting skills.
